Each student has the right to complain or appeal AQS Solutions, Inc. course and evaluation. The student is required to write a formal letter identifying the situation or problem to AQS Solutions. AQS has thirty days, upon receipt of the letter, to respond to the formal complaint. When a complaint and / or appeal is received, AQS Solutions will form a team of three people that are not associated with the incident. These three people will consist of at least one instructor and one member of management. This three-person team will then investigate the situation including as needed; contacting the instructor, student, witnesses or others determined necessary. The final decision from this meeting will be made within 30 days and the persons involved are notified in writing.

Students with disabilities are encouraged to contact AQS Solutions for a confidential discussion of their individual needs for accommodation during a training event. It is the policy of AQS Solutions to provide reasonable accommodation to learners with disabilities. It is the responsibility of the learner to contact AQS to initiate the accommodation process and/or to notify instructors as soon as possible so that reasonable accommodations can be made.
